    美国今年已有十家银行倒闭。29日美国 Georgia州银行Integrity Bank遭监管部门勒令停业，是美国2008年以来第10家倒闭银行。其资产也被转移到 Alabama州银行Regions Financial Corp. 旗下管辖。

    美国联邦存款保险公司(Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.)估计，Integrity Bancshares的破产将令其存款保险基金损失2.5亿至3.5亿美元。

    截至2008年6月30日，Integrity Bancshares资产为11亿美元，存款为9.74亿美元。Regions Financial还同意收购Integrity Bancshares 3,440万美元的资产，其中包括现金和现金等价物。美国联邦存款保险公司将保留剩余资产，晚些时候进行处置。
